CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) Logo Project

Head of the Lakes CIT is a local group — which operates within the philosophies of a national movement — of professionals from different agencies to bring together “law enforcement, mental health providers, hospital emergency services and individuals with mental illness and their families”.

This program has been working for years at improving understanding of mental illness, teaching de-escalation techniques, implicit bias, and more, which has been life-saving important work for decades, and is all the more of the public’s radar since 2020. Learn more here.

Head of the Lakes CIT hired me in 2015 to create a logo and a simple letterhead within their small budget. They provide trainings multiple times a year to professionals in different agencies around the region, and I support them getting training manuals printed professionally as well.
